Owl is our 54′ wooden tugboat moored on Seattle’s Lake Union. She was built by McKenzie Barge & Derrick in North Vancouver, BC in 1942. She was converted from a workboat to pleasure craft in the mid-1960s. Ed Monk drew her lines as a pleasure boat.
Owl and Sophie are currently docked 5,000 feet away from each other, and it is a pleasant walk back and forth between the two boats.
